The Enforcement Rules of Disaster Prevention and Protection Act Article 5
Disaster Prevention and Protection voluntary organizations mentioned in the Act refer to the group(s) of volunteers assisting the disaster emergency measure implementation and registered in pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 64 of the Act.
