The Enforcement Rules of Disaster Prevention and Protection Act Article 4
Disaster Prevention and Protection groups mentioned in the Act refer to the groups established under the Civil Associations Act or Foundations Act assist in the implementation of disaster emergency measures by having themselves registered pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 64 of the Act.

本法所稱災害防救團體，指依人民團體法立案或依財團法人法許可設立，並依本法第六十四條第一項規定登錄，協助執行災害應變措施之團體。
