The Enforcement Rules of Disaster Prevention and Protection Act Article 11

When using communications media and equipment to disseminate disaster situation and emergency-related information at priority in accordance with Subparagraph 10 of Paragraph 1 of Article 23, Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 27 and Subparagraph 8 of Paragraph 1 of Article 30 of the Act, a priority usage requisition letter shall be issued to the communications enterprise of the communications media and equipment being used priority (hereinafter referred to as the enterprise being used at priority); and a copy shall be sent to the competent authority of the enterprise being used at priority. When the circumstance is urgent, the proviso in Paragraph 1 of Article 16 shall apply mutatis mutandis to procedures governing the notification and reissuance of related documents.
