Standard for Installation of Fire Safety Devices based on Use and Occupancy Article 30-1
Disaster monitoring and controlling system shall be equipped in the following places:1.High-rise buildings.2.Buildings with a total floor area amounting to 50,000 m2 or more.3.Underground buildings with a total floor area amounting to 1,000 m2 or more.4.Other public used occupancies proclaimed by the central regulating authority.

下列場所應設置防災監控系統綜合操作裝置：
