Standard for Installation of Fire Safety Devices based on Use and Occupancy Article 3
Before to use the fire safety equipments for which no domestic national standards has been made or can’t be tested at home, necessary documents like foreign standards, report of examination (which may be made either at home or abroad), and qualified test certificates or specification certificates shall be submitted to the central regulating authority for approval.Items of the above-mentioned fire safety equipments that need approval and the necessary documents will be determined by the central fire regulating authority otherwhere.
中文原文 各類場所消防安全設備設置標準第3條
未定國家標準或國內無法檢驗之消防安全設備，應檢附國外標準、國外（內）檢驗報告及試驗合格證明或規格證明，經中央主管機關認可後，始准使用。
前項應經認可之消防安全設備項目及應檢附之文件，由中央消防機關另定之。
