Standard for Installation of Fire Safety Devices based on Use and Occupancy Article 206-1
The following firecracker manufacture places shall be equipped with Type V fire-suppression equipment:1. Firecracker powder storages and processing areas in firecracker manufacture places.2.Firecracker storages or distribution places that reach regulated amount offirecracker by the government.Places that possess floor area over 150 square meters for the usage as prescribed in paragraph1 and 2 shall have outdoor fire extinguishing hydrant in type I fire-suppression equipment equipped. However, the distribution places prescribed in paragraph 2 is exempted.

下列爆竹煙火場所應設置第五種滅火設備：
一、爆竹煙火製造場所有火藥區之作業區或庫儲區。
二、達中央主管機關所定管制量以上之爆竹煙火儲存、販賣場所。
建築物供前項場所使用之樓地板面積合計在一百五十平方公尺以上者，應設置第一種滅火設備之室外消防栓。
但前項第二款規定之販賣場所，不在此限。
