Type V fire extinguishing equipment shall be configured in the other places of difficulty in fire fighting, and the fire extinguishing efficiency shall be not less than the value calculated according to the characteristics of the building and auxiliary facilities as well as the quantity of the public hazardous goods stored or processed. However, if Type I, II, III or IV fire extinguishing equipment have been configured, the fire extinguishing efficiency of Type V equipment within the effective range of the other equipments may be reduced to not less than 1/5.Not less than two sets of Type V fire extinguishing equipments shall be configured in a place of underground storage tank.

其他滅火困難場所，應設置第五種滅火設備，其滅火效能值應在該場所建築物與其附屬設施及其所儲存或處理公共危險物品數量所核算之最低滅火效能值以上。
但該場所已設置第一種至第四種滅火設備之一時，在該設備有效防護範圍內，其滅火效能值得減至五分之一以上。
地下儲槽場所，應設置第五種滅火設備二具以上。
