Standard for Installation of Fire Safety Devices based on Use and Occupancy Article 202
Fire extinguishing equipment shall be configured in the places of common difficulty in fire fighting in accordance with the following provisions:1.Type IV and Type V fire extinguishing equipment shall be configured in the manufacturing and common processing places, indoor and outdoor storage places, and Type II sales places of public hazardous goods as well as indoor gas stations.The fire extinguishing efficiency of Type V fire extinguishing equipment shall be not less than 1/5 of the minimum effiicency calculated according to the quantity of the public hazardous goods stored or processed.2.Not less than 1 set of Type IV and Type V fire extinguishign equipment each shall be configured in a place of indoor or outdoor storage tank.Where Type I, II or III fire extinguishing equipments have been configured in the places listed in the preceding Paragraph, it is not necessary to configure Type IV fire extinguishing equipment within the effective range of the equipment configured.

一般滅火困難場所，依下列設置滅火設備：
一、公共危險物品製造場所及一般處理場所、室內儲存場所、室外儲存場所、第二種販賣場所及室內加油站設置第四種及第五種滅火設備，其第五種滅火設備之滅火效能值，在該場所儲存或處理公共危險物品數量所核算之最低滅火效能值五分之一以上。
二、室內及室外儲槽場所，設置第四種及第五種滅火設備各一具以上。
前項設第四種滅火設備之場所，設有第一種、第二種或第三種滅火設備時，在該設備有效防護範圍內，得免設。
