Standards for Establishing Places for Manufacturing, Storing, Processing Public Hazardous Substances and Flammable Pressurized Gases, and Regulations on Safety Control of such Places Article 71
Except for the tranding place of liquefied petroleum gases equipped with a storage room, A storage place shall be provided at the place for the cylinder filling plant and for the trading place of liquefied petroleum gases.Liquefied petroleum gas containers which belong to the cylinder filling plant and the trading place of liquefied petroleum gases shall be stored at the storage place, except for the trading place of liquefied petroleum gases according to Article 73.
