Standards for Establishing Places for Manufacturing, Storing, Processing Public Hazardous Substances and Flammable Pressurized Gases, and Regulations on Safety Control of such Places Article 46-2
The safety management of the storage place of the Six Materials shall meet the following requirements in addition to Articles 45 and 46:1.Indoor or outdoor storage places shall not be used to store materials other than the Six Materials, unless the said materials do not react to other stored materials, are stored separately by class and areas, and the distance between compartments is above 1 m.2.Indoor or outdoor storage places shall not be used to store Six Materials of different classes, unless the said materials are stored separately by class and areas, and the distance between compartments is above 1 m:(1)Class 1 (except for alkali metal peroxides or materials containing the components thereof) and Class 5 public hazardous materials;(2)Class 1 and Class 6 public hazardous materials;(3)Class 2 public hazardous materials and Pyrophoric liquids and pyrophoric solids (are limited to yellow phosphorus or materials containing the components thereof) of Class 3 public hazardous materials;(4)Flammable solids of Class 2 public hazardous materials and Class 4 public hazardous materials;(5)Alkyl aluminum or alkyl lithium, and Class 4 public hazardous materials containing alkyl aluminum or lithium alkyl;(6)Class 4 public hazardous materials containing organic peroxides or their components, and organic peroxides of Class 5 public hazardous materials or containing their components;(7)Class 4 public hazardous materials, and allyl glycidyl ether, diketene or materials containing the components thereof of Class 5 public hazardous materials.3.Yellow phosphorus of Class 3 public hazardous materials shall not be stored with substances which in contact with water emit flammable gases in the same place.4.The container stacking height of the indoor storage place shall not exceed 3 m. When the indoor storage place is for the storage of Type 2 petrol oil, Type 3 petrol oil, Type 4 petrol oil or animal/ vegetable oils of Class 4 public hazardous materials at a flash point of above 21℃, Subparagraph 8 of Article 30 is applicable to the container stacking height thereof mutatis mutandis.5.For an indoor storage place used to store the Six Materials, the temperature thereof shall be maintained at 55℃ and below.

六類物品儲存場所，其安全管理除應符合第四十五條及第四十六條規定外，並應遵守下列規定：
一、室內儲存場所或室外儲存場所，不得儲存六類物品以外物品。
但其不與儲存物品反應，且分類分區儲存，各分區距離在一公尺以上者，不在此限。
二、室內儲存場所或室外儲存場所，不得儲存不同分類之六類物品。
但分類分區儲存下列物品，且各分區距離在一公尺以上者，不在此限：
（一）第一類（鹼金屬過氧化物或含有其成分之物品除外）與第五類公共危險物品。
（二）第一類與第六類公共危險物品。
（三）第二類與第三類公共危險物品之發火性液體與發火性固體（黃磷或含有其成分之物品為限）。
（四）第二類公共危險物品之易燃性固體與第四類公共危險物品。
（五）烷基鋁或烷基鋰，與第四類公共危險物品含有烷基鋁或烷基鋰成分者。
（六）第四類公共危險物品含有有機過氧化物或其成分者，與第五類公共危險物品之有機過氧化物或含有其成分者。
（七）第四類公共危險物品與第五類公共危險物品之丙烯基縮水甘油醚或倍羰烯或含有其成分者。
三、第三類公共危險物品之黃磷，不得與禁水性物質儲存於同一場所。
四、室內儲存場所容器堆積高度，不得超過三公尺；儲存閃火點在攝氏二十一度以上之第四類公共危險物品中之第二石油類、第三石油類、第四石油類或動植物油類時，其容器堆積高度準用第三十條第八款規定。
五、室內儲存場所應保持六類物品在攝氏五十五度以下之溫度。
