Classification and scope of public hazardous materials are:1. Class 1: oxidizing solids;2. Class 2: flammable solids;3. Class 3: pyrophoric liquids, pyrophoric solids and substances which in contact with water emit flammable gases;4. Class 4: flammable and combustible liquids;5. Class 5: self-reactive substances, mixtures and organic peroxides;6. Class 6: oxidizing liquids;The classes, grades and control quantity of those public hazardous materials described in the preceding paragraph as Attachment Table 1.Attachment Table 1.pdf

公共危險物品之範圍及分類如下：
一、第一類：氧化性固體。
二、第二類：易燃固體。
三、第三類：發火性液體、發火性固體及禁水性物質。
四、第四類：易燃液體及可燃液體。
五、第五類：自反應物質及有機過氧化物。
六、第六類：氧化性液體。
前項各類公共危險物品之種類、分級及管制量如附表一。
