Standards for Establishing Places for Manufacturing, Storing, Processing Public Hazardous Substances and Flammable Pressurized Gases, and Regulations on Safety Control of such Places Article 27

If an indoor storage place for the storage of high flash point materials stores less than 50 times the control quantity and its height is below 6 m, its location, construction and equipment shall meet the requirements set forth in Subparagraph 3, main body of Subparagraph 4, Subparagraphs 9 to 13 of Article 21; and Subparagraphs 2 to 5 of Paragraph 1 of Article 24.If an indoor storage place for the storage of high flash point materials stores less than 50 times the control quantity and its height is between 6 m and 20 m, its location, construction and equipment shall meet the requirements set forth in Subparagraph 3, main body of Subparagraph 4, prouiso and Item 3 thereof, Subparagraphs 9 to 13 of Article 21; and Paragraph 1 of Article 24.
