Standards for Establishing Places for Manufacturing, Storing, Processing Public Hazardous Substances and Flammable Pressurized Gases, and Regulations on Safety Control of such Places Article 18
The location, construction and equipment for any part of the building used for Type 2 Trading Place shall be mutatis mutandis Article 17.1, 17.2, 17.3.5, 17.4 and meet the following requirements:1. All walls, beams, pillars and floors shall be of fireproof construction; the ceiling, if any, shall be constructed with non-flammable materials;2. The upper deck shall be of fireproof construction and provided with facilities that prevent the extension of the fire to reach above; in the absence of upper deck, the roof shall be of fireproof construction;3. Window shall be of fire windows of 30 minutes and more fire rate; however, no such window may be provided if the window presents risk of fire extension; and4. The access shall be provided with fire doors of 30 minutes and more fire rate; and only the normally closed fire door of 1 hour and more fire rate can be provided to the access where risk of fire extension presents.

第二種販賣場所之位置、構造及設備，除準用前條第一款、第二款、第三款第五目及第四款規定外，其使用建築物之部分，並應符合下列規定：
一、牆壁、樑、柱及地板應為防火構造。
設有天花板者，應以不燃材料建造。
二、上層之地板應為防火構造，並設有防止火勢向上延燒之設施；其上無樓層者，屋頂應為防火構造。
三、窗戶應設置三十分鐘以上防火時效之防火窗。
但有延燒之虞者，不得設置。
四、出入口應設置三十分鐘以上防火時效之防火門。
但有延燒之虞者，應設置一小時以上防火時效之常時關閉式防火門。
