Police Education Act Article 5-3
Foreign active-duty police personnel who come to the Republic of China for the purpose of studying police administration will be recommended by the Ministry of the Interior to the Ministry of Education for approval. Following approval, they will be assigned to enroll in either the Police College or the Police University. The regulations concerning assistance and guidance during their academic period, as well as matters related to financial support and subsidies, will be determined by the Ministry of the Interior.

外國現職警察人員來中華民國研習警政，由內政部送請教育部審定後，分發警察專科學校或警察大學入學；其在校修業期間之協助輔導、公費待遇及補助等事項之辦法，由內政部定之。
