Regulations Governing the Permission to Manufacture, Sell and Possess Police Weapons Article 9
When a supplier completing procedures set forth in article 3 closes or dissolves a business, the NPA will revoke permission and the supplier shall deliver the original permission documents to the NPA for cancellation through a municipal or county police bureau. The electric batons and net guns kept shall be destroyed under the supervision of a municipal or county police bureau.
