Regulations Governing the Permission to Manufacture, Sell and Possess Police Weapons Article 8
The batons, handcuffs, electric batons or net guns purchased in accordance with the preceding article shall be placed together for safekeeping, recorded and submitted to a municipal or county police bureau for reference. This regulation also applies in the event of a change.Electric batons and net guns shall not be transferred or lent to others and require a police weapon license issued by a municipal or county police bureau.A police weapon license shall be renewed once every two years. A holder shall carry it with him/her at all times and shall not transfer or lend it to others. If there is damage, loss or destruction, a holder shall apply for reissuance immediately.

經依前條申請許可購置之警棍、電氣警棍（棒）（電擊器）或防暴網，應集中保管，並列冊送直轄市、縣（市）政府警察局備查。
異動時，亦同。
電氣警棍（棒）（電擊器）、防暴網不得轉讓或借與他人使用，並由直轄市、縣（市）政府警察局核發警械執照。
警械執照應每二年換領一次。
持有人應隨身攜帶，並不得轉讓或借與他人使用，如有毀損、遺失或滅失，應即向直轄市、縣（市）政府警察局申請補發。
異動時，亦同。
