Pawnshop Act Article 34
The local competent authority shall administer the fines prescribed in this Act.Failing to pay the fines as prescribed in the preceding paragraph after having been imposed a deadline, the pawnshop shall compulsorily submit to enforcement of the unpaid fines in accordance with the law.

依本法所處之罰鍰，由當地主管機關為之。
