Any of the following conditions shall, depending on the severity, be subject to a warning or a fine between NTD 9,000 and NTD 90,000 and a demand for improvements by a given deadline imposed on the respective security company by the competent authority:1. Violating the provisions prescribed in paragraph 1 of Article 12.2. Violating the provisions prescribed in paragraph 1 of Article 14 by not wearing uniforms.The monetary penalty prescribed in the preceding paragraph may be imposed consecutively by each violation.

有左列情事之一者，主管機關得視情節，對該保全業為警告之處分，或處新臺幣九千元以上九萬元以下罰鍰，並限期改善：
一、違反第十二條第一項規定者。
二、違反第十四條第一項規定，未著定式服裝者。
前項之罰鍰處分，得連續按次為之。
