Social Order Maintenance Act Article 61
The appeal against a ruling made by a police authority or a summary court may be withdrawn before the result of it been determined.The withdrawal of an appeal to the ruling of a police authority or a summary court should be filed in writing to the original authority which has received the appeal.

聲明異議或抗告，於裁定前得撤回之。
撤回聲明異議或抗告，應以書狀向受理機關為之。
但於該案卷宗送交受理機關以前，得向原裁處機關為之。
