Regulations on Preferential Sale and Lease of Dwelling Houses in New Towns Article 5
The authority shall sell or lease the dwelling houses following the priority sequence below:1. Families removed due to public construction of new town and not settled.2. Families obtaining employment in new towns in industries favorable for development of new towns.3. Families obtaining employment in new towns other than described in the above subparagraph.4. Families removed due to public construction sponsored by other government departments and not settled.

主管機關得依下列順序辦理優先出售、出租住宅：
一、未經安置之新市鎮公共建設拆遷戶。
二、有利於新市鎮發展產業之新市鎮就業家庭。
三、前款以外之新市鎮就業家庭。
四、其他政府機關主辦未經安置之公共建設拆遷戶。
