Urban Renewal Act Article 59
Any servitude of real property created over land or buildings inside areas covered by rights transfer shall cease to exist.If a servitude of real property created as described in the preceding paragraph is defined as requiring monetary rewards, the servitude of real property creator may request the land or building owner for certain compensation. Article 53 shall apply mutatis mutandis when disputes occur over the amount of compensation.

權利變換範圍內設定不動產役權之土地或建築物，該不動產役權消滅。
前項不動產役權之設定為有償者，不動產役權人得向土地或建築物所有權人請求相當補償；補償金額如發生爭議時，準用第五十三條規定辦理。
