Act for the Establishment of the National Housing and Urban Regeneration Center Article 12
The board of directors shall have the following power:1. Review development goals and projects.2. Review annual business and operating plans.3. Appointment and dismissal of the CEO.4. Fund raising and budget allocation.5. Review annual budget and final reports.6. Review the sale of real estate or setting encumbrances.7. Review matters specified in this Act as requiring the board of directors’ resolution.8. Review of regulations.9. Review other material matters.

七、本條例所定應經董事會決議事項之審議。
八、規章之審議。
九、其他重大事項之審議。
