The Enforcement Rules of the Spatial Planning Act Article 7
A municipality or county (city) government applying to the central competent authority for reconsideration of a ratified spatial plan in accordance with Article 14 of the Act shall state the reasons and submit related documents.The central competent authority shall present reconsideration applications described in the preceding paragraph to be reviewed by the spatial planning committee.

直轄市、縣（市）國土計畫擬訂機關依本法第十四條規定就核定之國土計畫向中央主管機關申請復議時，應附具理由及相關文件。
