Enforcement Rules for the Regional Plan Act Article 24
When a regional construction committee or the department handling its tasks executes assistance or suggestions pursuant to Article 19 of the Act, the related departments and public institutions shall provide cooperation as much as they can. Where the assistance is covered in a staged construction plan of regional public facilities and the budget estimate, the related departments shall match with the plan to establish the implementation and the annual budget.

各級區域建設推行委員會或辦理其任務之單位依本法第十九條所為協助或建議，各有關機關及事業機構應盡量配合辦理。
