Enforcement Rules for the Regional Plan Act Article 22

According to the actual requirements and Article 18 of the Act, the authorities of all levels may employ related personages to establish a Regional construction committee to perform the tasks prescribed in Article 19 of the Act, and the establishment regulations shall be prescribed by the corresponding authority. Where the regional construction committee is not established, the tasks prescribed in Article 19 of the Act shall be handled by the designated departments of the authority.
