Enforcement Rules for the Regional Plan Act Article 17

The “60 days” prescribed in Article 15-4 of the Act means 60 days commencing from the next day after the municipal or county (city) competent authority accepts the case of application for development plan.The “90 days” prescribed in Article 15-4 of the Act means 90 days commencing from the next day after the competent authorities accepts the case and the applicant pays off the examination fee.
