Architects Act Article 40
Where the architects association violating laws and regulations or the articles of incorporation of the architects association, the competent social administration authority may institute the following disciplinary actions:1.Warning2.Revocation of meeting resolution3.Re-election of officersThe disciplinary actions provided in subparagraphs 1 and 2 may instituted by the government authority governing architectural affairs.

建築師公會違反法令或建築師公會章程者，主管社會行政機關得分別施以左列之處分：

二、撤銷其決議。
三、整理。
