Building Act Article 96-1
No compensation will be offered for the buildings coercively demolished under this Code, and the expenses for demolishing shall be burdened by the owners of the buildings.The competent authority shall announce or give written notice to the owner, user or manager of a building as mentioned above to move the articles stored in the building. Where the articles are not moved within the specified time limit, they will be disposed as castoffs.

依本法規定強制拆除之建築物均不予補償，其拆除費用由建築物所有人負擔。
