Unless otherwise stipulated in laws, a unit owner shall have the liberty to use, benefit from, and dispose of his or her individual unit and to exclude the interference from any others.An individual unit may not be separated from the shares of the shared areas, the base title or superficies and transferred or used for creation of encumbrances.
