Land Surveying and Mapping Act Article 49
Persons who move or damage the permanent survey marks without any proper reason or following the procedures set forth in Paragraph 1 of Article 12 and thus result in the ineffectiveness of the marks will be fined from NTD50,000 up to NTD250,000 by the respective municipalities or county (city) authorities concerned.

非依第十二條第一項所定程序移動或無故損壞永久測量標，致失其效用者，由直轄市、縣（市）主管機關處新臺幣五萬元以上二十五萬元以下罰鍰。
