Regulations of Permission on Delineation of Course for Laying, Maintaining, or Modifying Submarine Cables or Pipelines on the Continental Shelf of the Republic of China Article 7
For maintaining submarine cables and pipelines, Owner shall file an application and proposal to acquire single or annual permission of course delineation.The proposal shall specify the following:1. Overview of course maintenance application;2. Duration of submarine cables and pipelines maintenance;3. Geographical area where the maintenance work will cover, including a chart description;4. Maintenance content, methods and equipment;5. Operation vessel;6. Emergency response plan;7. Other records required by the Competent Authority.

所有人為海底電纜或管道之維護，應檢附申請書及計畫書，向主管機關申請單次或整年期路線劃定之許可。
前項計畫書，應載明下列事項：
一、計畫概述。
二、維護期間。
三、維護之作業區域，並附具圖說。
四、維護內容、方法及設備。
五、維護作業船舶。
六、緊急應變計畫。
七、其他經主管機關規定應記載事項。
