In the event that a Land Administration Agent applies for registration as an attesting witness for signatories, the following documents shall be submitted to the competent authority in a Municipality or a County / City where the office is located.1. Application form.2. Copies of Identification Documentation.3. Documentation and its copies of qualification as stated in the provision of Paragraph I of Article 19 in this Act.4. Documentation and its copies of paying fees to the Attestation Guarantee Fund as stated in the provision of Paragraph II of Article 22 in this Act.5. Copies of seal and signature of an attesting witness.

地政士依本法第十九條規定申請簽證人登記時，應備具下列書件，向開業登記之直轄市或縣（市）主管機關為之：
一、申請書。
二、身分證明文件影本。
三、本法第十九條第一項規定之資格證明文件及其影本。
四、本法第二十二條第二項規定繳納簽證保證金之證明文件及其影本。
五、簽證人之印章款及簽名款。
