Regulations Governing Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing for Land Administration Agents and Real Estate Brokerages Article 1

These Regulations are enacted in accordance with Paragraph 3 of Article 7, Paragraph 4 of Article 8, Paragraph 3 of Article 10, Paragraph 3 of Article 12, and Paragraph 3 of Article 13 of the Money Laundering Control Act, as well as Paragraph 5 of Article 7 of the Counter-Terrorism Financing Act.
