Law on the Exclusive Economic Zone and the Continental Shelf of the Republic of China Article 10
Any activity concerning dumping, discharging or disposing of waste or other substances in the exclusive economic zone or on the continental shelf of the Republic of China shall comply with laws and regulations of the Republic of China.
