Implementation Regulations of Real Estate Broking Management Act Article 13-1
(1)A broking agency may request the return of the guaranty bond according to article 9( 2), the following situation are：i.Applying for the dissolution of companies.ii.Applying for the dissolution of commerce.iii.After registering the changed business items, the companies and commerce is without the real estate brokingagency and selling agency but the organization still remained.

經紀業依本條例第九條第二項規定得請求退還原繳存之營業保證金，係指下列情形之一：
一、公司組織申請解散者。
二、商號組織申請歇業者。
三、營業項目經變更登記後，該公司或商號已無不動產仲介經紀業及不動產代銷經紀業而組織仍存續者。
