Real Estate Brokerage Management Act Article 36
Those who were engaged in brokering or sales agency services before the announcement of this act should acquire the certificates of brokerage according to the regulations specified in this act within three years after the realization of this act and then continue operation.Article 32 shall apply to those who violate what has been specified in the preceding paragraph and who continue their operation.

本條例公布施行前已經營仲介或代銷業務者，應於本條例施行後，三年內依本條例規定領得經紀業證照後始得繼續營業。
違反前項規定繼續營業者，依第三十二條處理。
