Changes to registration details stated in Article 11 of the Act refer to the followings situations.1.Changes to personal details of a Real Estate Appraiser.2.Changes to name or address of an appraisal (joint) office.3.Replacement of Real Estate Appraisers in a joint appraisal office.When a Real Estate Appraiser applies, in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Act, for changes to registration details shall submit application form, Real Estate Appraiser Practicing License and other supporting documentation in relation to those changes.

中文原文不動產估價師法施行細則第9條

本法第十一條所稱登記事項有變更，指下列之情形：
一、不動產估價師身分資料之變更。
二、事務所名稱、地址之變更。
三、聯合事務所共同執行業務之不動產估價師之異動。
不動產估價師依本法第十一條所定報請登記事項變更時，應檢附申請書、開業證書及登記事項變更之證明文件。
