Enforcement Rules of the Land Expropriation Act Article 30
The term “current market value” referred to in Paragraph 1, Article 30 of the Act shall mean the current market price on the 15th day from the next day following the expiration of the public announcement period for the expropriation as determined by the Land Value Evaluation Committee.When the current market value referred to in the preceding paragraph is below the publicly announced current value, the compensation shall be made based on the publicly announced current value.

本條例第三十條第一項所稱徵收當期之市價，指徵收公告期滿次日起算第十五日經地價評議委員會評定之當期市價。
前項當期市價低於徵收公告之市價，仍按徵收公告之市價補償。
