Regulations of the Land Registration Article 115-1

The registration agency shall clearly state the scope of guaranteed obligatory right stated on the deed on the registration form for the application of the registration for the creation of the maximum amount of mortgage right.The registration agency shall clearly state the agreement on the confirmation date of the original obligatory right stated on a deed on the registration form for the abovementioned application of registration. The same shall apply to the application of registration for change of right arising from the separately agreed change or change of agreement after the registration of creation.The agreement of the confirmation date abovementioned shall not exceed thirty years from the time of the creation of said mortgage right. The application for registration of change of right arising from the change of the said agreement shall not exceed thirty years from the time of such change.
