Regulations of the Land Registration Article 108-1
For application for registration of superficies or the right of agricultural exploitation, the registration agency shall indicate the purpose and scope in the register, and note the following, according to the agreement:(1) Duration;(2) Land rent and prepayment status;(3) Value of rights;(4) Methods of use;(5) Limitations on transfer or establishment of mortgage.Except for Subparagraph (5), the registration matters set forth in the preceding paragraph are required for the registration of real estate easements.

申請地上權或農育權設定登記時，登記機關應於登記簿記明設定之目的及範圍；並依約定記明下列事項：

前項登記，除第五款外，於不動產役權設定登記時準用之。
