Educational Association Act Article 27
When directors or supervisors have any of the following situations, they should be dismissed immediately, and the vacancies should be filled by alternate directors and supervisors in turn:1. Lose the member qualification.2. Resignation adopted by the board of directors and the board of supervisors.3. Those dismissed or relieved in accordance with the act.4. The educational associations they belong to are dissolved in accordance with the act.

理事、監事有左列情事之一者，應即解任；其缺額由候補理事、候補監事分別依次遞補：
一、喪失會員資格者。
二、因故辭職，經理事會或監事會決議通過者。
三、依本法之規定罷免或撤免者。
四、其所屬之教育會依本法規定解散者。
