Educational Association Act Article 26
The tenure of directors and supervisors is three years, those serving two consecutive office terms should not exceed half of the directors or supervisors respectively, the head of directors can only serve two consecutive office terms.When the work of reelection is finished, the resumes of newly-elected directors and supervisors should be sent to the competent authorities for reference within 15 days.

理事、監事之任期均為三年；連選連任者，不得超過二分之一，理事長之連任，以一次為限。
