Enforcement rules on the implementation of commercial group act Article 17
The office term of directors and supervisors mentioned in Article 23 of the act should be calculated from the day of the first meeting of council.Meeting of council should be convened within 15 days after the closing of general meeting(those approved by competent authorities are not subject this provision).

本法第二十三條理事、監事之任期，應自召開本屆第一次理事會之日起計算。
