Regulations on Election and Dismissal in Cooperatives Article 11
The board of directors of a cooperative shall, 3 months before expiration of the tenure of the member representatives, directors and supervisors, select several directors to establish a membership examination group, and one of them shall be elected as convener to carry out the following tasks concerning examination and management of the membership:1. To check and revise the list of original members or member representatives.2. To separately list the qualified members, disaffiliated members, and associate members after the examination and management of the membership is finished, and submit the lists to the cooperative.

合作社應於社員代表、理事或監事任期屆滿三個月前，由理事會推定理事若干人，成立社員社籍清查小組，並互推一人為召集人，辦理下列社員社籍清查整理工作：
一、查對校正原有社員或社員代表名冊。
二、將社員社籍清查整理完畢後之合格社員、出社社員及準社員，分別列冊，提送合作社。
