Regulations on Election and Recall in Civil Associations Article 32

A civil association shall, within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a recall letter, sent the photocopy of the recall letter with verified signatures and the number of persons required to the person to be recalled, notice them to submit a reply to the association within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the photocopy. Failure to submit a reply within the said time limit shall be deemed to have waived the right to reply.A photocopy of the reply shall be sent to the regulating authority by the person to be recalled.
