Civil Associations Act Article 60
Where a civil association is established without applying for a permit or registration according to law, and it is not dissolved within the time limit set forth by the competent authority, a fine of not more than NT$60,000 shall be levied.Where the permit of a civil association is abolished by the competent authority and a time limit is set for dissolution but it is not dissolved before the time limit expires, the provision of the above paragraph shall apply.

未經依法申請許可或備案而成立人民團體，經主管機關通知限期解散而屆期不解散者，處新臺幣六萬元以下罰鍰。
人民團體經主管機關廢止許可或解散並通知限期解散而屆期不解散者，亦同。
