Civil Associations Act Article 26

To call a meeting of the members’ (member representatives’) assembly, a civil association shall give notice to the members’ (member representatives’) fifteen days in advance. However, this is not applicable where an extraordinary meeting is called due to emergency and with the notice received only one day before the meeting is called.The meetings referred to in the above paragraph shall be reported to the competent authority, and the competent authority may dispatch officers to attend the meeting as a non-voting delegate.
