Enforcement Rules of the Implementation Act of Substitute Services Article 9
In case of the conditions prescribed in Paragraph 1, Article 10 of the Act where a substitute service draftee’s service is suspended, the requisition agency or hiring unit shall produce a list of draftees in service suspension, to be sent to the competent authority, together with the supporting documents, for approval.For those who are approved by the competent authority for service suspension, the municipal or county (city) government shall register and process the service suspension, and inform the substitute service draftees, as well as the requisition agency or hiring unit.

替代役役男有本條例第十條第一項所定停役情事者，需用機關或用人單位應繕造停役名冊，檢具證明文件，送請主管機關核定。
經主管機關核定停役者，由直轄市、縣（市）政府辦理停役登記列管及處理，並通知替代役役男及需用機關或用人單位。
