Government agency, public school or state-owned business entities shall employ qualified reservist at top priority to undertake the following job functions that are:1. Applicable to military management organization and military training and education; or2. Meeting the professional training background of the reservist.

政府機關及公營事業機構或公立學校，應優先任用合格之後備軍人，擔任左列工作：
