In the common living household, the members are placed in the following order:1. The head of household2. The spouse of the head3. The lineal ascendants of the head4. The lineal descendants of the head5. The side relatives of the head6. Other relatives7. LodgersIn the common business household, the members are placed in the following order:1. The head of household2. Employees3. Students4. Inmates5. Other members6. LodgersIf the head has other common living household or independent living household, the address of such household shall be indicated.

共同生活戶內之人口，其排列次序如下：
一、戶長。
二、戶長之配偶。
三、戶長之直系尊親屬。
四、戶長之直系卑親屬。
五、戶長之旁系親屬。
六、其他家屬。
七、寄居人。
共同事業戶內之人口，其排列次序如下：
一、戶長。
二、受僱人。
三、學生。
四、收容人。
五、其他成員。
六、寄居人。
共同事業戶戶長另設有共同生活戶或單獨生活戶者，應註明其戶籍地址。
一、戶長。
二、戶長之配偶。
三、戶長之直系尊親屬。
四、戶長之直系卑親屬。
五、戶長之旁系親屬。
六、其他家屬。
七、寄居人。

三、學生。
四、收容人。
